Refunds (When Applicable)
If you receive an item that’s flawed, has poor print quality, or doesn’t match what was shown on our site, let us know. Just email help@bonkers-tees.com with clear photos of the product and any detail shots you’d like to share. Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we’ll replace the product at no extra cost. Should your claim be approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Please note each t-shirt is unique and you will be asked to customise it and therefore we won’t be able to offer a refund or return if you change your mind!
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, start by double-checking your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary. Still no refund? Drop us an email at help@bonkers-tees.com and we’ll sort it out.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, shoot an email to help@bonkers-tees.com. Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we’ll provide a return address for you to send the item back.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item. If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go back to them.
Return shipping Address
When your claim is approved, we’ll send you a return address. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee the return will always reach us.
